Sécurité and traceability

The product page identifies the product and provides the safety information relevant to the offer. The product, packaging or accompanying documents carry the applicable type, batch or serial information. Keep the packaging, order confirmation and product reference so that the product can be traced if a safety issue arises.

Read the supplied installation and operating instructions before use. Verify guitar compatibility before installation. Motorised tuning heads and guitar strings move under tension: keep fingers, hair and loose objects away during operation et stop use if a string, housing, cable or battery is damaged.

To report an accident, suspected safety defect or other product-safety concern, email [email protected] with the product reference, order number, photos where safe et a description of the issue. Stop using the product until the issue has been assessed.

Batteries

Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Return waste batteries to an authorised collection point or use the return option offered under the law applicable to your country. Do not open, crush, puncture, short-circuit, expose to fire or excessive heat, or use a battery that is swollen, leaking, damaged or unusually hot. Cover exposed terminals before transport or return where appropriate.

Waste electrical equipment

Electrical and electronic equipment marked with the crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol must be collected separately from unsorted household waste. Remove waste batteries where the instructions permit safe removal without destroying the product and return them separately. Use an authorised municipal or retailer collection route in your country. Delete personal data from waste equipment before return where applicable.

Packaging

Separate cardboard, paper, plastics and other packaging materials according to local collection rules. Keep protective packaging until you have checked the product and retain any packaging section carrying product traceability or safety information.

Since 12 August 2026, packaging placed on the EU market is subject to Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR) and the applicable national extended-producer-responsibility rules. These obligations are fulfilled through manufacturer documentation, registration, system participation and quantity reporting as applicable; they are not replaced by this consumer information.
