The installation in five steps
1. Check the fit
Verify the correct type with the printable template before ordering. Every tuner hole must align with the PCB.
2. Remove the original tuners
Loosen and remove the strings, then remove the original machine heads. Keep every original part safely.
3. Align the contacting PCB
Place the PCB on the headstock and confirm every hole, contact position and orientation before inserting the PowerHeads.
4. Fit the PowerHeads
Insert the PowerHeads through the PCB and headstock. Make sure every unit sits cleanly without forcing any part.
5. Tighten, restring and start
Fit the washers and nuts, tighten the system evenly, restring the guitar and complete the first-use tuning procedure.
