Electronic withdrawal function
You can use the function below to exercise your right of withdrawal electronically. An account is not required. After entering the information, you will first see a review page. The withdrawal is submitted only after you press “Confirm withdrawal”. We then display the receipt time and send you a confirmation containing your submission by email.
14-day withdrawal period
Order verification required: Enter the order number, email address and order date exactly as shown in your order confirmation. This form accepts only verified orders placed within the last 30 calendar days. For older orders or verification problems, contact [email protected]. This technical form limit does not extend the 14-day withdrawal period or determine your statutory rights.
The withdrawal period is normally 14 days after you receive the goods, not after you place the order. For goods from one order delivered separately, receipt of the last good is relevant. See the withdrawal information below for details.
This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your notice only. It is not approval of a return or refund and does not extend an expired withdrawal period or create an additional right to return goods. We will check the order and the applicable withdrawal period. A valid statutory withdrawal does not require our approval; statutory rights and return deadlines remain unchanged.
If the withdrawal period has expired and you have not already withdrawn in time, please contact us before sending goods back to request a goodwill return. Such a return requires our express agreement. Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods remain unaffected.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. For multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or the indicated third party acquire physical possession of the last good.

of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post, an email, or the electronic withdrawal function above. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We are not required to reimburse additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method.
We will reimburse without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
